Cognivio designs and develops software that moves, converts and monitors video inside professional media networks. Our products are delivered as hardware appliances and connect the uncompressed world of SMPTE ST 2110 with the compressed transport protocols used for contribution, distribution and delivery: SRT, RIST, RTMP, WebRTC, MPEG-TS over UDP and HLS.

The company was founded by engineers with a long background in streaming infrastructure and media delivery software. We know how a control room works, what an operations team needs at three in the morning, and why a single lost packet matters when the signal is on air.

ST 2110 Gateway takes ST 2110 flows out of a facility as SRT, UDP or HLS, and brings UDP, SRT, RIST, RTMP and WebRTC streams in as native ST 2110.

ST 2110 Probe discovers every flow on an ST 2110 network, checks PTP timing and packet health, and alerts when something changes.
