We sell projects, not licenses. Each installation is delivered as hardware appliances sized for the facility, together with the engineering work to put them on air. Tell us about the network and you will have a proposal within five business days.
What a project includes
Appliances
ST 2110 Gateway and ST 2110 Probe are supplied as rack-mounted appliances with the software installed and the network interfaces the project needs.

Project delivery
The work between an order and a signed-off installation.
- Network and signal-path design with your engineers
- Installation, integration with switchers, routers and NMOS
- Commissioning, acceptance testing and documentation of the installed system
- Training for the operations team
Support and maintenance
An annual agreement for installations that run on air.
- Software updates for the installed appliances
- Incident response with agreed reaction times, up to 24×7
- Named engineer familiar with your installation
- Hardware replacement and spare units on site where required
How a quote is made
Pricing depends on the number and format of channels or monitored flows, on redundancy requirements, on the amount of integration work and on the support level. We ask for a description of the facility, produce a proposal with a bill of materials and a scope of work, and revise it with you until it matches the project.
For a first estimate the form below is enough. For a full proposal we usually arrange a call with your engineering team.
